Just like a privacy filter, a privacy film protects your confidential data by shielding your screen from the unwanted glances of unauthorised third parties.
From a viewing angle of approx. 30 degrees to the side, the screen appears black to others, providing effective privacy protection. Write messages undisturbed, organise your appointments or look at confidential or private photos. A privacy filter like this protects your data – and your display from scratches, dust and fingerprints.
Features: privacy filters and privacy films are available in matt (anti-glare) and glossy versions. The matt side also acts as an anti-glare filter, reducing glare caused by unfavourable light. The privacy effect – limiting the visibility of the display content – is achieved with micro-louvre technology. Screen filters are available in black and gold. The slight darkening caused by the privacy filter can be offset by slightly increasing the display brightness.
A privacy filter can be attached to the frame with retaining tabs, adhesive dots or magnets. This way, you can attach the privacy filter when working in public and remove it again at any time. A special coating protects it against scratches.

A dipos privacy film is self-adhesive and, in addition to its privacy function, has all the properties of a high-quality glass screen protector. Privacy films are perfect for smartphones and tablets, letting you use your device without the person next to you looking at your screen.
MacBook with dipos privacy filter
A privacy filter is used on a MacBook, monitor or laptop. It works on the same principle as a privacy film. The main difference is that a privacy filter is not self-adhesive. Like a screen protector, the privacy film has an adhesive layer and can be removed at any time without leaving any residue. The adhesive layer is only suitable for flat displays, not for curved ones. The touchscreen function of your device continues to work with the privacy film applied.
